Description

The Oyster armchair draws inspiration from the organic design of the 1950s. The use of foam molding technology allowed to obtain a sublime form of the seat. The elegant shape and refinement of details and ergonomics create an inviting, enveloping effect. The choice of upholstery and bases allows you to give the chair an individual character and decide on its intended use.

The smoothness of the seat and the irregular folds of the fabric make Oyster in this version of upholstery a refined and expressive object, an attention-grabbing hero of the interior. The version with upholstery adjacent to the body is enriched with additional cushions – seat and backrest. For greater comfort of use, they are permanently sewn to the upholstery. In this durable version, Oyster will perfectly fulfill its function in public spaces, where it will always present its impeccable figure.

Three base versions are available, including an iconic base made of a steel tube, an original steel base, with the possibility of 360-degree rotation and return to the starting point, and a five-point aluminum base in a polished or painted version in any color from the RAL palette. In combination with two styles of upholstery, it gives you complete freedom in arranging different spaces.

Since the introduction of the Oyster armchair into production, it has enjoyed unflagging popularity both in home interiors as well as in offices and public spaces. Organic shapes and excellent ergonomics, softness and tasteful details made Oyster one of the most recognizable Marye furniture. The development of this model is also an example of a very successful cooperation with the designer, a perfect combination of knowledge, production technology, well-used “know-how” and talent.
