As for Gnu, we combined and launched in production the technologies that initially seemed very difficult to combine, but subsequent attempts were not getting us closer to a successful end. Eventually, regular production of this piece could begin owing to modern-day tools for precise wood machining and processing, foam moulding, and our determination. The soft seat and the characteristic rounded shape of the backrest offer exceptional comfort and excellent support for the back and arms. The sophisticated technology of connecting upholstered elements with the wooden structure is what makes Gnu an innovative and distinctive piece of furniture that sits perfectly in contemporary interiors. Owing to precisely matched elements, the exquisite wooden finishes emphasise Gnu’s air of luxury.

The moulded backrest guarantees a fixed shape and durability even when intensively used. The durable and resistant structure is made of solid veneered beech wood.

A wide colour range of natural veneers offers the possibility to easily compose this chair, which emanates a sense of lightness, with the corresponding collection of Xylo tables. Depending on the choice of colours and upholstery, Gnu can perfectly function both in domestic spaces and in prestigious public interiors.
